What services do you offer for tax accounting?

We handle the full tax game — start to finish — so you don’t have to stress or guess.

Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

• Tax Preparation (Personal + Business)
W-2, 1099, Self-Employed, Single-Member LLCs — we make sure everything is filed the right way.

• Tax Strategy + Planning
We don’t just file once a year — we help you structure your income and deductions properly so you keep more of YOUR money.

• Tax Advisory / One-on-One Support
Ask us the questions you never got answered — and get clear direction on how to move financially smarter.

• Late Filers + People Who Haven’t Filed In Years
If you fell behind — we specialize in helping you catch up without the overwhelm.

• Amendments + Corrections
If your last preparer messed up — we fix it.

• Maximizing Refunds  and Keeping You Off The IRS Radar
Legal → compliant → optimized.

Do I Need To Make An Appointment Or Come In Person?

No — everything is done virtually.

You’ll upload all your documents inside your secure client portal, review your return, and sign electronically.

Before anything gets submitted to the IRS — you must sign your return for authorization.
No in-person visit required. No appointment required (unless you prefer one).

Do You Submit My Tax Return To The IRS Right Away Once It’s Finished?

No. Nothing is sent to the IRS without YOUR approval first.

First — we prepare your return and maximize your legal refund.

Then — inside your secure client portal you will:

• Review your return
• Confirm your numbers
• Electronically sign your authorization forms

Only after YOU sign — we transmit your return to the IRS.

Your signature is always the final step.

What Documents Do I Need To File?

At minimum you’ll need:
• W-2s
• 1099s (if applicable)
• Valid ID
• Social Security cards
• Dependent info (if claiming children)
• Expense totals if you’re self-employed (1099 workers)

Additional forms that may apply:
• Daycare Statement (Child Care Provider Statement)
• Mortgage Interest Form (1098)
• Marketplace Health Insurance Form (1095-A)
• College Tuition Form (1098-T)
• Prior Year Tax Return(s)
• Updated Banking Information (for direct deposit)

We’ll review your intake to confirm every required form — so nothing delays your refund.

What If I’m Missing A W-2 Or Other Documents?

You can still start your tax file — missing documents does NOT stop us from beginning your intake.

We’ll guide you on how to pull W-2s or transcripts directly from the IRS or your payroll provider.

However: to avoid refund delays — all documents MUST be submitted before we e-file.

 Do You Handle Self-Employed / 1099 Workers?

Absolutely — barbers, stylists, drivers, creators, contractors — we specialize in legally maximizing write-offs.

Do I Have To Pay Upfront?

If you qualify — tax prep fees can be deducted directly from your refund.

However — if you owe the IRS OR do not qualify for “fee-from-refund,” then payment would be due upfront.

We’ll confirm your payment option during intake — before anything is submitted.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Refund?

Average 21 days after IRS acceptance (timing varies by IRS workload + verification).

What If I Owe Child Support, Student Loans, Or IRS Debt?

Certain federal/state debts can cause your refund to be intercepted — but not in every situation.

We will review your case to see if you qualify for an Offset Hardship or Injured Spouse claim — which may protect part or all of your refund.

We can also guide you on how to get student loans out of default to avoid future offsets.
